Exhibit developer Darcie Fohrman partnered with Latino filmmaker Rodrigo Dorfman and the Levine Museum of the New South, in collaboration with the Atlanta History Center and Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, to create ¡NUEVOlution!. This 3500 square foot, bilingual, interactive exhibit explores the way Latinos are shaping the South and the South is shaping Latinos and serves as a catalyst for personal reflection, cross-cultural interaction, and community engagement.

In November,  a group of national journalists convened by the Aspen Institute came to Charlotte to check out the Latino scene, beginning with NUEVOLution. Some resulting articles are featured below.
