Elaine Heumann Gurian will begin a one-month fellowship at the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum Research Center in September 2015. The museum invites a distinguished individual in museum studies for one month each year to explore museum issues and practices. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities to the professional museum community for collaborative work and exploration of new ideas, as well as providing a stimulating environment for independent research on museum practices. Elaine is the second recipient of this newly established fellowship.
