Salvador Acevedo has started Design With, a new initiative aimed at finding novel solutions to diversity, inclusion, and equity in arts organizations. Acevedo brings over 10 years of experience working with museums and arts organizations to attract a more diverse audience and become more culturally inclusive and welcoming. Design With was created to work with organizations looking to advance equity, increase diversity, and deepen inclusion by embarking in a process of co-creation with the community partners they are looking to engage further with. Design With is rooted in the praxis of design and systems thinking, which starts by developing deep empathy for all the community partners involved in a co-creative process.
